Renewal and modernisation of the existing pharmacy.
Structural work
Flooring: renewal of the floor coverings. Electrical work: renewal of the electrical installations and lighting in the sales area. Joinery: renewal of all sales-area furniture such as counters, self-selection and behind-the-counter display, and shop-window furniture. Other: minor adjustments by the plumbing, painting and air-conditioning trades.
Refurbishment process
The refurbishment took place while the pharmacy stayed open. Thanks to two customer entrances, the sales area could be divided neatly and refurbished in two construction phases. Refurbishing both areas took just under 3 weeks.
